Every golf cart we build shares the same engineering core: a micro-car chassis, independent suspension, a 48 V electric drive and a corrosion-protected body that survives years of course duty, rain and coastal air.
48 V Electric Drive
All models run on a 48 V system with 4 kW or 5 kW motors — instant torque from standstill, silent operation and zero local emissions. Speed is governed to 18–24 km/h for safe course use, with smooth regenerative feel and dependable hill-climbing ability.
Micro-Car Chassis
Instead of a lightweight tubular frame, our carts use a micro-car chassis structure. Frames and parts receive electrophoretic + baked paint double anti-corrosion treatment, so carts keep their strength and finish through years of outdoor use — including coastal courses with salt air.
Independent Suspension
MacPherson independent front suspension with trailing-arm rear suspension smooths out fairway bumps and pathway cracks. Passengers enjoy a stable, composed ride at full course speed — and the drivetrain is protected from repeated impact.
Engineering-Plastic Body
Body panels are injection-molded from high-strength engineering plastic — the same approach used in premium golf cart manufacturing. Panels resist dents, never rust, and keep their color for years. Damaged panels can be replaced individually, cutting repair cost and downtime.
Battery Options & Range
Deep-cycle lead-acid batteries are standard for value and reliability. A lithium upgrade cuts weight, extends range and shortens charge time. Depending on the battery option, carts deliver 60–120 km per charge — a full day of course or resort duty on one overnight charge.
Braking & Safety
Rear mechanical drum brakes with a mechanical foot parking brake hold the cart securely on slopes. Speed-limited operation, stable low center of gravity and simple two-pedal control make the carts easy and safe for guests, members and staff to drive.
